1. Returns and Refunds: We generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for  personalized wrapping paper unless there has been an error on our part in the following circumstances:

Mistakes on Our Behalf: If we have made a spelling mistake, a printing error, or have sent you the incorrect item in your order, we will gladly rectify the issue. In this case, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

2. Checking Your Order: We take personalized orders seriously, and to ensure accuracy, we ask that you double-check all the information you provide before submitting your order. This includes the text, spellings, and any personalization details.

3. No Proofs Before Production: Please note that we do not send out proofs for approval before production. Therefore, it is your responsibility to review your order details for accuracy before completing your purchase. This includes checking for any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or other mistakes in your custom text.

4. Reporting an Issue: In the event that you receive a personalized wrapping paper with a mistake that is due to an error on our behalf, please contact our customer support team via our contact us page within 15 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue, please provide your order number, a description of the error, and clear photos of the issue.

5. Return Process: If a return or refund is deemed appropriate due to a mistake on our behalf, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item or may request you to provide evidence of the error. Once we receive the returned item or necessary evidence, we will promptly process your replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that non-personalized items, such as non-customized products, non-personalized wrapping paper, and certain accessories, are eligible for our standard return policy within 7 days of delivery. Only eligible for return if unopened. 

7. Refund Processing Time: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed in a timely manner. The time it takes for the refunded amount to be credited back to your original payment method may vary depending on your financial institution.
